Perishable Goods &amp; Food Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For health safety and quality reasons, <strong>we do not accept returns on food products<\/strong> (charcuterie, cheeses, sweets, oils, or preserves) once the order has been delivered, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Claims for Damage or Errors<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, you have <strong>24 hours<\/strong> after receipt to notify us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Procedure:<\/strong> Send an email to <strong>olegourmetmarket@gmail.com<\/strong> with your order number and photographs showing the condition of the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resolution:<\/strong> After inspecting the evidence, we will proceed with a replacement of the item or a full refund to your original payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
